It is never to late to live a full life and it is never too early to live a healthier life. Hello, I am April Carr a proud Floridan, an educator, a social worker, and an ISSA Certified Life Span Coach. I believe that it is never too late to fulfill your dream. I combine my love for working with the community and working with the education system to provide a positive new outlook on being healthy. My experience as a Social Worker and educator guided me to continue to learn what complete health look like.  A body that is pain-free, foods that repair your body, mind, and spirit. Learning how to balance the demands of the day and not over consume in stress.  Being the best versions of ourselves, pain-free, and healthier. No step is too small when bettering your well-being.
